We know you work hard, every dollar count if you dispute a charge, it means something didn’t go as you expected. As a business owner, you take customer service seriously and at EasyGo PRO it’s not different. That’s why we’re focused on having a fair refund policy. Even more importantly, we want you to understand how to use EasyGo PRO to your advantage.

What you pay for

Create a profile and business listing at EasyGo PRO is free!

You only pay for leads —Our first objective is to help you get in front of lots of customers looking to buy the services you offer and decide to message you, request a call or estimate, or ask for your availability.

You only pay the first time a customer reaches out to you. All  the other follow-up messages/calls are free. Remember even before customers reaching out you they can see your profile, reviews and share details about the job they need completed. Learn more about what leads cost.

Pro Tip

Keep in mind you’re competing against other businesses or pros, respond quickly help you win the job! When you’re hired, customers pay you directly and you keep 100% of your earnings. respond to the customer and turn the lead into a job. Like with any marketplace, not all leads turn into hires.

We do not give refunds if a customer decides to go a different route.

When to dispute a charge

If you paid for a lead in one of the following situations, click the Dispute a charge link below. We’ll review the charge to see if it qualifies for a refund.

The customer’s first response is “no thanks.”

We don’t charge when the customer’s first response is a clear no. If a charge slips through, dispute it and we’ll make it right.

The job details change significantly.

If a customer contacts you about a job that’s drastically different from the original lead (for example: in a faraway distance, or for a job that is out of your expertise), save the details and dispute the charge.

You get the same lead twice.

We don’t charge for repeated leads. If you paid for a duplicate lead, dispute the charge and we’ll fix the mistake.

A lead violates our Terms of Use.

We work hard day after day to satisfy our valuable customers and pros to make sure all leads meet our terms and guidelines. If you see anything a lead that violates them, please report immediately and dispute the charge. anything any reason, a lead from a minor or a third party (like a business looking for employees).

How to dispute a charge

I promise you this is not a situations that’s you going to see often, but when they do, we’re here to help. If you think you were wrongly charged for a lead, please dispute the charge. Keep in mind:

  • You must dispute a charge within 30 days of the charge to qualify for a refund.
  • Make sure your account was charged before looking into a refund. You can see every lead you’ve paid for in your  EasyGo PRO balance.
  • ​Save any lead details and conversations with the customer to share with us.

What to expect after disputing a charge

While we can’t offer refunds for everything, we always do our best to be reasonable, fair, and quick. Approved refunds appear in your Thumbtack balance in 2-3 business days.

Pro Tip

All refunds go to your EasyGo PRO balance by default. We don’t give cash refunds.
