Pro Code of Conduct
Treat customers with respect. Respond customers calls and emails, always be on time, and conduct yourself professionally. If a problem arises, be calm and respectful, and try to work it out.
Do good work. Take pride in your work and make sure you’re qualified to do the work you’re offering.
Price fairly. Be fair with prices for your work and material.
Be honest. Respect the integrity of the EasyGo PRO platform. Return deposits for work you didn’t complete. Be honest with customers when something goes wrong.
Be a good example in your community. Do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, age, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender, disability or other inappropriate discriminatory factors.

Be fair in how you review work. Before criticizing a pro’s work, take a step back and consider whether your expectations were clear at the outset.
Pay what you owe. Pay what you owe, period.
Be honest. Don’t waste a professional time if you have no intention of doing a project. Be honest with pros when something goes wrong. Deal with pros in good faith.
