We know you work hard and every dollar counts if, you dispute a charge, it means something didn’t go as you expected. As a business owner, you take customer service seriously. We take it seriously, too. That’s why we’re focused on having a fair refund policy. Even more importantly, we want you to understand how to use EasyGo PRO platform to your advantage.
What you pay for
Create a profile and list your business on EasyGo PRO platform is 100% free. Pros only pay for leads — When the lead come you accept, a customer messages, calls, or books an appointment.
All follow-up messages are free. Before reaching out, customers can see your profile and share details about the job they need completed. Learn more about what you pay for.
Once a customer reaches out, it’s your opportunity to respond to the customer and turn the lead into a job. Like with any marketplace, not all leads turn into hires. We don’t give refunds if a customer decides to go a different route.

When to dispute a charge
If you paid for a lead in one of the following situations, click the Dispute a charge link below. We’ll review the charge to see if it qualifies for a refund.
The customer’s first response is “no thanks.”
We don’t charge when the customer’s first response is a clear no. If a charge slips through, dispute it and we’ll fix the error.
The job details change significantly.
If a customer contacts you about a job that’s drastically different from the original lead (for example: in a faraway location, or for a job you can’t do), save the details and dispute the charge.
You get the same lead twice.
We don’t charge for repeated leads. If you paid for a duplicate lead, dispute the charge and we’ll fix the mistake.
We do our best to make sure all leads meet our terms and guidelines. But if you get a lead that violates them, please report the customer and dispute the charge. For example, this could be a lead from a minor or a third party (like a business looking for employees).
How to dispute a charge
The situations listed above don’t happen often, but when they do, we’re here to help. If you think you were wrongly charged for a lead, please dispute the charge. Keep in mind:
- You must dispute a charge within 30 days of the charge to qualify for a refund.
- Make sure your account was charged before looking into a refund. You can see every lead you’ve paid for in your EasyGo PRO balance.
- Save any lead details and conversations with the customer to share with us.

What to expect after disputing a charge
While we can’t offer refunds for everything, we always do our best to be reasonable, fair, and quick. Approved refunds appear in your Thumbtack balance in 2-3 business days.
