How it works
Start by hiring your pro on EasyGo PRO. To be protected by the EasyGo PRO Guarantee, you must show that you hired the pro before any work started and within 30 days of when you submitted your project request. Proof can include EasyGo PRO messaging, email, contracts or invoices.
In the rare event damage occurs, contact EasyGo PRO Support within 14 days and we’ll start helping right away. Review the full Terms and Conditions.
What it covers
The Guarantee covers up to $1 million for property damage directly and primarily caused by the negligence of a professional hired on EasyGo PRO. Installation problems or incomplete work are not covered.
The damage must be a result of services rendered based on your original request. Add-on projects or future projects not requested through EasyGo PRO, even if completed by a EasyGo PRO pro, aren’t covered. Projects must be completed within six months of your EasyGo PRO request.
