Easy Pay Terms of Use

Last updated: Janvuary 9, 2019

By signing up for Easy Pay, you agree to these Easy Pay Terms of Use. Except where provided explicitly herein, the EasyGo PRO Terms of Use and Privacy Policy shall apply fully and completely. Undefined capitalized terms have the meanings ascribed to them in the EasyGo PRO Terms of Use. Where these Easy Pay Terms of Use conflict with the EasyGo PRO Terms of Use or Privacy Policy, these Easy Pay Terms of Use apply. EasyGo PRO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify these Easy Pay Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice.

Overview
With Easy Pay, the platform EasyGo PRO will automatically charge a Service Member’s saved credit card or debit card (“Card”) to send quotes. If a Service Member is using Instant Match, EasyGo PRO will automatically charge a Service Member’s Card when interested  customers respond to a quote. All sales on EasyGo PRO through Easy Pay are final and non-refundable.

When You’ll Be Charged
When service pros are using Easy Pay,  Expect your Card to be charged in different point :

New on EasyGo PRO
If a Service Member is new to EasyGo PRO and does not have a sufficient purchasing history, the Service Member’s Card will be charged each time the Service Member sends a quote and/or, if the Service Member is using Instant Match, each time the Service Member sends a quote and then receives a response from an interested customer.

If a Service Member Has a Sufficient Purchasing History On EasyGo PRO
Once EasyGo PRO determines in its sole and absolute discretion that a Service Member has a sufficient purchasing history on the platform, EasyGo PRO may charge that Service Member’s Card periodically for the total cost during the period of estimates sent and/or interested customers who respond to estimates if a Service Member is using Instant Match. Specifically, EasyGo PRO may charge a Service Member’s Card each time (a) a specific time period has passed and/or (b) within that time period, each time the total cost of estimates sent and/or interested customers who respond to estimates have hit a certain dollar threshold.

EasyGo PRO may adjust both the specific time period and the dollar threshold that trigger charges in its sole and absolute discretion. EasyGo PRO may also, in its-sole and absolute discretion, revert to charging a Service Member’s Card each time that Service Member sends a quote and/or, if a Service Member is using Instant Match, each time an interested customer responds to the Service Member’s estimate.

Relationship to Budget Tools
Easy Pay does not, in any way, affect any budget tools offered by EasyGo PRO to control the amount of money that a Service Member might spend using EasyGo PRO. Easy Pay instead determines how a Service Member pays for the charges that the Service Member has accrued on  EasyGo PRO. For example, a Service Member could be subject to periodic charges under Easy Pay while setting a budget for Instant Match at $300 per week. Easy Pay will charge that Service Member’s card when the Service Member reaches the applicable dollar or time period thresholds, regardless of whether the Service Member has reached his or her budget amount for the week. To the extent that the budget pauses activity when the budget amount is reached, that pausing will not change the rules governing the schedule for Card payments.

Default Card
In Easy Pay, EasyGo PRO will first attempt to charge the default Card designated by a Service Member in that Service Member’s payment settings. In the event that EasyGo PRO is unable to charge that Card for any reason–including but not limited to exceeding the Card’s credit limit, Card cancellation, Card being out of date, or Card details being incorrect–the Service Member agrees that EasyGo PRO may charge any other Card saved by that Service Member. EasyGo PRO will attempt to charge any Cards not designated by a Service Member as the default Card based on the order in which they were most recently updated, with the most recently updated valid Card charged first.

Turning Quick Pay Off
These Easy Pay Terms of Use will remain in effect for all charges that arise in whole or in part from the actions of a Service Member or a Customer Member that occurred while Easy Pay was turned on. Charges that arise wholly from the actions of a Service Member or Customer Member that occur after a Service Member has turned Easy Pay will not be governed by these Easy Pay Terms of Use.
